54项称曼城未能向英超提供2009-10、2017-18赛季准备、最新的财务信息。

14项指控称，曼城未能提供2009-10、2017-18赛季球员和主教练补偿金的准确财务报告。

5次不遵守欧足联规则，包括违反2013-14至2017-18的财政公平政策。

2015-16至2017-18赛季7次违反英超的PSR规则。

2018年12月至2023年2月，曼城35次未能配合英超调查。
