7月31日中甲第12轮青岛青春岛与南京城市的比赛结束后，青岛青春岛足球俱乐部队官员申军指责、辱骂裁判员，裁判员出示红牌将其罚离替补席。

中国足球协会纪律委员会依据《中国足球协会纪律准则》第五十四条之规定，作出如下处罚：

一、禁止青岛青春岛足球俱乐部队官员申军进入比赛体育场5场；

二、罚款人民币5万元。
